Refund Policy

SummitFlux LLC ("SummitFlux") operates Keep, a backend-as-a-service platform. Keep access is billed through the Bastionary platform. This policy describes refund eligibility for Keep-related charges.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New customers who add Keep to their Bastionary plan may request a full refund of Keep-related charges within 30 days of the initial subscription start date. This applies to the first billing period only, once per account. To request a refund, email [email protected] with subject "Keep Refund Request" and your Bastionary account email.
2. Pro-Rata Refunds for Annual Plans
Annual plan subscribers who cancel before the end of their billing period may receive a pro-rata refund calculated as the annual Keep add-on price divided by 365, multiplied by the number of remaining days. Monthly plans are not eligible for pro-rata refunds. Email [email protected] after cancelling with your account email and cancellation date.
3. No Refunds for Usage Overages
Metered charges — including API call overages, storage overages, and other usage above plan limits — are non-refundable. Contact us if you believe a charge was applied in error.
4. Other Non-Refundable Situations
- Monthly subscription renewals after the 30-day new-subscriber window
- Annual plan renewals (14-day renewal reminder is sent before the renewal date)
- Partial months for monthly plan cancellations
- One-time setup or professional services fees unless stated otherwise at purchase
- Charges resulting from terms violations or account suspension
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will work with you to arrange an alternative.

- Subject: "Keep Refund Request"
- Your Bastionary account email
- Reason for the request
- Subscription start date and (if applicable) cancellation date
We respond within 2 business days.
7. Changes to This Policy
Material changes to this policy will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
